Terms of Services

These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (“Terms”) apply to your access and use of all WeekMate products including HRMS, TaskHub, e-CRM, and e-Connect. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any WeekMate product, you agree to follow these Terms.

These Terms form a legal agreement between you (“Customer”, “User”, “You”) and WeekMate  (“We”, “Us”, “Our”), headquartered at 305, Iskcon Center, Shivranjani Cross Road, Satellite, Ahmedabad – 380015, Gujarat, India.

1. Definitions

For clarity, in this document:

  • “User” or “You” means the individual or legal entity using WeekMate.
  • “Services” refers to the functionalities offered through WeekMate, including task management, time tracking, productivity tools, and any associated features.
2. Eligibility

To use WeekMate, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access if you violate these Terms or if your use of the software presents legal risk, system abuse, or reputational damage to us.

3. Grant of License

Upon payment of the applicable license fee, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, install, and use WeekMate solely for personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute WeekMate
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except as permitted by law
  • Use the software in a manner that circumvents its intended function or introduces malware, bots, or unauthorized automation
  • Modify or create derivative works based on WeekMate
4. Payment Terms

WeekMate operates on a licensing model. Once the payment has been processed, you will receive access to the licensed version of the application without any recurring charges.

All payments must be made through the payment gateways provided on our website. We do not store credit card details directly on our servers; all sensitive payment information is handled by PCI-compliant third-party providers.

Refunds are not applicable once the software has been activated, except where required by law. Please refer to our cancellation and refund policy for detailed terms.

5. Software Updates and Maintenance

While we may occasionally release software updates, patches or upgrades, we are under no obligation to provide continuous feature updates or enhancements to lifetime license holders.

Maintenance releases (bug fixes and security patches) will be provided at our discretion. Lifetime license does not guarantee inclusion in future major releases or separate editions of the software.

Users must ensure they are using the latest stable version to maintain optimal security and performance. We reserve the right to discontinue support for outdated versions.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license and access to WeekMate without notice if:

  • You breach these Terms of Service
  • You engage in unauthorized distribution or resale
  • You attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the software
  • Your use causes legal exposure or technical harm to WeekMate or its users

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this agreement shall cease immediately, and you must delete all copies of the software.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeekMate (including its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors) shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities
  • Any bugs, viruses, malware, or other harmful code transmitted by or through our software
  • Any decisions made or actions taken based on outputs generated from the WeekMate software

Our total liability arising from or related to this agreement will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the license fee.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeekMate, its owners, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the software
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of any intellectual property or privacy rights of others

This obligation survives the termination or expiration of your use of the software.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

If you access WeekMate from outside India, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify this agreement at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email (if available) or by posting a notice on our website at least 15 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the software after the effective date of changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
