Throughout his career, Tarun has led large-scale transformation programmes involving multi-workstream, multi-vendor environments, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology delivery, and stakeholder expectations. His expertise spans programme and project governance, organizational change management, transition planning, operational readiness, and executive stakeholder engagement.
In addition to transformation leadership, Tarun has extensive experience managing critical infrastructure and network modernization programmes, including SD-WAN deployments, LAN/WAN transformations, wireless network rollouts, firewall upgrades, and data centre migrations. He is particularly recognized for his ability to lead high-stakes cutover and go-live activities, ensuring seamless transitions while protecting business continuity.
